I will be putting information here concentrating on aspects of Exeter University from the period that I was there (1967-1970) and my wife, Penny (1968-1971).
I hope to give a flavour of what life was like for us in the "Flower Power" years of the late 1960's at a University that was known for it's being behind the times<G> - I never came across drugs all the time I was there - although you could get the contacts if you tried! ;-)
We tended to drink, party, work enough and have a generally good time - but still not wasting the taxpayer's money coming out with degrees!
I'll also try and put some links here for other students that were at Exeter at the same time and friends who we still keep in contact with.

I don't seem to have many photos from my time at Exeter (no camera I suppose) but here is a hall photo from 1967-68 of Exeter (Kilmorie) Hall taken I think at the end of my 1st year - May/June 1968?
Actually this photo was loaned to me by Christina Fairhead (maiden name Law) when we met up again at the 25th anniversary for 1971 graduates in September 1996 at Exeter - thanks Chris!
